Top Mounted Magnetic Level Switch Manufacturers

The Top Mounted Magnetic Level Switch is an advanced solution for managing multi-point level controls inside deep process sumps, underground storage wells, and vertical blending columns. Descending vertically from a single top flange installation, this system features a rigid internal guide stem housing multiple hermetically sealed magnetic reed switches at specific, pre-determined height levels.

As the outer vertical float travels smoothly along the stem, its internal magnetic ring activates the reed switches sequentially as it passes. This enables a single top-mounted process instrument to simultaneously handle low alarms, high alerts, and intermediate start-stop pumping actions, significantly cutting down on tank fabrication costs and simplifying process wiring loops.
