Side Mounted Magnetic Level Switch Manufacturers

Our Side Mounted Magnetic Level Switches are rugged, highly responsive safety units designed to prevent tank overflows, dry pump runs, and unsafe process fluid drops. Installed horizontally through the sidewall of a process vessel, the switch features a pivot-mounted float arm embedded with a heavy-duty permanent magnet that shifts dynamically with liquid contact.

As fluid reaches the actuation threshold, the internal magnet repels or attracts a completely isolated electrical microswitch contact inside the weatherproof outer junction housing. This non-contact magnetic coupling ensures total fluid isolation, delivering spark-free electrical switching that safely triggers automated overflow alarms or material supply pumps in volatile chemical zones.
