The Digital Steam Jacket Flow Meter is an elite, purpose-built process instrument engineered to measure the flow rates of heavy, high-viscosity liquids that solidify or crystallize at standard ambient temperatures. The meter body features an integrated outer metallic jacket envelope through which hot steam or thermal fluid is continuously circulated, keeping the internal process medium perfectly fluid.

Inside the heated chamber, an automated smart tracking float communicates with an advanced external digital microprocessor module. Delivering real-time volumetric flow readouts and robust digital process communication signals, this instrument ensures reliable, clog-free handling of molten sulfur, heavy bitumen, asphalt, and thick chemical polymers.
